How long does shipping take for vinyl records?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or the sleeve is damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a full replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship La Honda Records merchandise and media worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes incurred upon delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we can update your address or cancel the order. Please email our support team immediately with your order number.
How do you ensure records aren't damaged during transit?
All vinyl is shipped in heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for records, often including extra stiffeners to prevent corner dings and bending.
Are your releases limited edition?
Many of our pressings are limited edition runs. Once a specific color variant or anniversary pressing sells out, it may not be repressed in that exact format again.
