Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are protected and all apparel remains unworn with tags attached.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
